Reservations can be done by e-mail, SMS, or phone to better guarantee availability of rooms.

Cancellation or change of dates must be done within 3 days of the clients’ expected arrival in JCBC.

If the expected arrival time of the clients is more than 4 hours after the standard check-in time of 1:00 PM, they should notify the JCBC Management in advance. Especially during peak season, JCBC reserves the right to cancel clients' reservations if there is no communication from them within 2 hours after the check-in time. In this case, JCBC cannot guarantee that a room will be available upon the clients’ late arrival. Thus it is best that clients advise the JCBC Management as early as possible if they would be arriving late.
