Off peak season discounts:
- Up to 50% discount based on published rates for room accomodations only. Percentage of discount will depend on the month, day and duration of stay at JCBC.

Reservation:-
Reservations can be done by e-mail, text message, or phone to better guarantee availability of rooms.

Cancellation or change of dates must be done within 24 hours of expected arrival.

If the guests' expected arrival time is more than 4 hours after the check-in time (1:00PM), they should notify the JCBC Management in advance. Especially during the peak season, JCBC reserves the right to cancel guests' reservations if there is no communication from them (within 2 hours) after the time of their expected arrival at the JCBC. In this case, JCBC cannot guarantee that a room will be available upon the guests arrival. Thus, it is best that guests advise the JCBC Management as early as possible if they would be arriving late.
